What Does 'Labor/Workmanship' Warranty Mean?

Each purchase comes with the HVAC industries standard warranty of 1 year labor / 2 year workmanship warranty with the installing contractor. The 1 year labor means if a failed part comes into effect by a manufacturing defect, you will not pay labor to the contractor in the 1st year to install the broken part. The 2 year workmanship is in regards to installation errors that arise from the workmanship of the contractor, you are covered for that period of time for the contractor to fix the issues they have made, at no cost.
